Who we are

Parendum OÜ, registry code 00000000, Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@parendum.com.

What we process, why, and on what basis

• Assessment without an account. Your answers stay in your browser (local storage) and are not sent to us until you ask to save them.
• Account. Your email address, to send sign-in links and service messages. Basis: performance of the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Company data. Company name, country, and the details you enter (registry and VAT numbers, address, contact names and emails), plus your questionnaire answers and scores, to provide assessments, documents and progress tracking. Basis: contract. Answers and company details are encrypted at rest.
• Billing. Subscription and invoice records, processed with Stripe. Basis: contract and legal obligation (accounting).
• Security logs. Sign-in events and IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We use no analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie is the session cookie that keeps you signed in.

Recipients

Stripe (payments), our email server, and our hosting infrastructure in the EU. We never sell or share your answers. Parendum staff access account data only to provide support or when required by law.

Retention

Account and company data are kept while your account exists and deleted when you delete the company or the account (you can do both yourself in the dashboard). Invoice records are kept for 7 years as required by Estonian accounting law. Unused sign-in links expire after 15 minutes.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and restrict processing, by writing to hello@parendum.com. You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
